The guesthouse is completely non-smoking. In case of infringement, we ask the guests to leave the guesthouse immediately and we charge a fine of € 250.00 to make the room odor-free

Smoking is allowed in the garden. Use of the cigarette ashtray pole is mandatory

Check-in is from 17:00h (an earlier check-in is only on request: call +32 16 58 27 90)
If you arrive between 22:00h and 23:00h, please call +32 16 58 27 90 . We will then immediately open the door for you

Non refundable rate: you will be charged the total price if you cancel your booking
Refundable rate: you may cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel less than 24 hrs before arrival
